Do you have a logo only option?

Yes and no - our customisable one-off pre-made logos are the closest to a logo only package, however we don't offer a bespoke logo only package.

 

A brand is more than just a logo, it is the experience created and how you make people feel, which is why we prefer to take a deeper look into your business, a brand design should be based on strategy and understanding the heart of your business. This is why our packages include a questionnaire and a consultation, that delve a little deeper into your business and will provide you with a more meaningful and cohesive brand identity.

Every business has a unique story and your brand can portray this to your audience in a meaningful way. With the right branding you can make authentic connections with your dream audience, build your credibility and trust, stand out from your competitors and have a brand that aligns with you in both looks and feel.

How can I be sure what you design will be right for me and my business?

We have processes in place to ensure the design we create for you will truly reflect you and your brand. Each of our brand packages include at the very least an ‘understanding your brand questionnaire’ so we can really get to grips with what you are about. Another process we have in place before any design work takes place on our branding packages or large design jobs is to create a mood board for you, this allows us to check we are both on the same page in terms of reflecting your brand through visuals. The third process that will ensure our designs suit your business are we include 2 or 3 rounds of amends in most packages and design jobs.

What if your brand packages don't suit what we are looking for, but we still think we would be a good fit?

No problem, get in touch with what you require and we will put a bespoke package together for you!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, as standard a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking , the remaining amount is split monthly for the duration of the job. However we are flexible and we can talk through what kind of payment plan would suit you.

 

We work with you on your budget as much as possible so any questions or requirements regarding payments please do get in touch!

What methods of payment do you accept?

Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, but we will also accept Paypal.

How soon can we get started on my project?

This depends how busy we are, certain times of the year are busier than others. We announce on our socials and website when we are next taking bookings, we will always do out best to work with your launch dates.

How long does a branding project take?

Timescales are approximate and can be discussed during a discovery call or when enquiring to book. Timings depend on different factors one of those being how quickly we get all the information and feedback from yourself. If you do have a launch date in mind though let us know and if we can accommodate, we will work to a date before this time.

I'm not local to you does it matter?

Absolutely not, we have had clients all over the UK. Sometimes it is nice to meet a client face-to-face if they are local, but it isn’t necessary. We use phone, video calls and email to keep you up to date with your project.

I need printing too, can you help?

Sometimes we will offer a print management service for our past and current brand clients. We always quote print prices individually to design cost so you can choose whether you want print management included or not, we are unable to help with print on all items.

We need a website too, can you help?

We have contacts with a couple of website developers and are happy to help our past and current brand clients with this area. We will only work on a website design if your branding has been designed by us.

How do I book in?

Get in touch using our design project form, call or email us! We love a chat! A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our calendar.
