TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE SMALL FOUNDERS CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Terms and Conditions Agreement for Yearly Subscription Membership
This agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the yearly subscription membership ("Membership") offered by Lemon Feathers ("Company") to individuals ("Members"). By purchasing the Membership, Members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Membership Subscription:

a. The Membership is billed on a yearly basis and will automatically renew until canceled by the Member.
b. By providing the necessary payment information, Members authorise the Company to charge the Membership fee set forth at the time of purchase, annually, on the same date as the initial purchase.
c. Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date. Failure to provide valid payment information may result in the cancellation of the Membership.
d. Price may be subject to yearly increases. You will be reminded about your upcoming renewal before you are charged and any changes to the membership will be clearly outlined here.
2. Member Conduct:

a. Small Founders Club is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all members. Any form of bad behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or any illegal activity, will not be tolerated.
b. Small Founders Club reserves the right to terminate a member's membership, without refund, if they fail to comply with the rules, regulations, or policies set by the Small Founders Club or engage in any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the Small Founders Club.
3. Eligibility and Restrictions:

a. Membership is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
b. Members must own or part own a 'small independent business’. We don’t accept any multi-level marketing companies or representatives.
c. Membership does not guarantee a space at events organised by the Company.
d. Dates and times of events are subject to change, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Members in advance. However, Members acknowledge that last-minute changes may occur.
e. Members will alway be given advance notice of event details and ticket sales
4. Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Members may cancel their Membership at any time, and the cancellation will be effective immediately.
b. No refunds will be issued for any remaining Membership term following cancellation.
c. In case of any breach of the Membership terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Membership without refund.
5. Disclaimer:

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Membership or any part thereof, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any significant changes via the email address provided during registration.
6. Governing Law:
​
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of the United Kingdom.
By purchasing the Membership, Members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
